1.Non Refundable:
Unless you explicitly express your wish to stop the treatment within the first 10 minutes because of any dissatisfaction with our service, no refund will be available.

2.Special Requirement:
Please inform us if you suffer from allergies, medical condition or any other physical ailments.

3.Late Arrival:
Being  late  will result in having reduced treatment time.

4.Free Cancellation& Rebooking:
By notify us at least 24 hours before the appointment. otherwise, a cancellation /rebooking fee of deposit will be charged.

5.Requesting Therapist:
you can request a specific Therapist. It's cost ￡5 Extra for a regular customer but No fee if you are a VIP Member.

6.I understand:
The massage is provided only for relaxation not for a medical treatment. If I have any discomfort, I will inform therapist immediately to adjust the pressure or to stop the treatment.
