					Amazing deep tissue massage by Palm. I do sit a lot at my job, so there’s a ton of tension in my back and legs, so it is great to finally feel relaxed. Will definitely be back!

					Had an incredible Swedish and foot massage – truly one of the best I've ever received. The foot massage and reflexology left me feeling incredibly relaxed and refreshed.

Unfortunately, my overall experience was impacted by the really warm building. Upon arrival, a large, powerful fan blew directly at the reception desk, making check-in quite uncomfortable. The downstairs massage rooms were even hotter. My kind therapist tried to mitigate this by leaving the door slightly open for air, but this created privacy concerns as I could hear people and worried about being seen while undressed. Additionally, from my back room, I could clearly hear the toilet flushing above us, and there was a persistent, unpleasant sewage smell. While the massage itself was phenomenal, these environmental issues were quite distracting and detracted from what otherwise could have been a perfect experience.

					Friendly staff, warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Went for a couples massage which was great, therapists listened to our requests and we left there feeling relaxed and a lot less tight/stressed 🙂
